• Corporate Finance & Investment: We provide end-to-end execution support for significant financial transactions, such as managing an Initial Public Offering (IPO) or connecting corporate investors with overseas acquisition opportunities.
1.1 Business Improvement & Support
• Capital Projects & Infrastructure (CP&I): We design and develop compelling business cases for government initiatives, assisting in structuring projects and securing the essential funding for new public service programs. Additionally, we prepare business cases for government initiatives that align effectively with digital transformation efforts within the public sector.
• International Development: We actively assist governments with projects sponsored by major international funders, for example, by providing hands-on advisory services for a World Bank-funded infrastructure project.
• Public Service Modernisation: We focus on implementing new technologies for public service entities, making it a suitable place to discuss digital transformation in the public sector.
